I also purchased the stretch leggings. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and then when it finally showed up I discovered that it was the cheapest quality with poorly printed on pockets and zip. It looked nothing like the photos!

When I emailed them for a refund, I did not get any response at all. And there is no other method to contact them.

I feel disgusted that I wasted my hard earned money on this garbage.

Sent leggings that can fit a small women in size 1× and 3 x stamped packages. Material has jean design pri ted on them. Then they have the nerve to not pay for returns and say only giving half your money back upon receipt realy you shouldnt be scamming. They ask me to line up the items showing the size and told my bank it was a legit purchase. Its not what is in the plastic bags. Some cheap leggins with a jean look print yet the video show jeans that fasten and zip and has belt loops.
I knew something was wrong when the package was placed in my hands where is the material?

Scammed! I ordered the stretch jeans/leggings and when I opened the parcel...SHOCK! HORROR! There not even the ones in the advert...these are cheap and nasty made from a silky material, when stretched it becomes see through ?

On March 4 I was on Instagram and ordered a pair of Perfect Fit Jean Leggings. After one month I received an itty bitty package in in the mailbox. I opened it and found the smallest pair of flimsy "pants" that I would use to wash my floors with if I had no choice. I emailed Whistland and it has been exhausting. I spoke to multiple different people, had to explain myself over and over again, the kept asking me for photos of the package slip and the pants and me measuring the pants and this has been going on for 2 weeks. I asked to speak to the manager and NOT multiple people. I asked for a contact # , you name it and I did it. I kept being told that it has to be investigated by the Team Leader! I insisted on a refund as I did NOT get what I ordered and paid for. The order sheet had a photo of what I wanted and I emailed that to them with a photo of what I got and was told today that the team has verified that I got what I ordered! I then investigated further and came across this site and another complaint of almost the same thing. This is absolutely disgusting that this is going on. It cost me $19.83 USD, but it is the more than the money. Others will get scammed and for more than me I am sure! THIS NEEDS TO STOP!

I am having the EXACT issue right now! I sent an email for a shipping label to return them. They wanted a picture of them , mailing label. Also said the investigation team was looking into it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! The pants are extremely tiny with painted pockets and buttons. What a joke! Tracy R

They use social media to distribute click bait. Once you access their site, there is a catalog and a guilt functional website that allows you to make purchases from a barrage of items from clothing, housewares, to hardware to automotive knick knacks. You place an order and there will be confirmation sent to the email you provide. Their shipping policy states that you should allow then 15 to 20 to process your order and have it shipped and to you within that time, of course considering all covid 19 regulations and delays that may be caused. However when you wish to contract them there is only an email that you may use. No number, no help links on the site, no live customer service rep. The response is fairly fast but the responses are clearly a script. I managed to get 2 responses from what appeared to be 2 separate reps and now they just aren't responding. I have not received any current updates for mu package since March 1st informing me that a label had been created for my package. When you click on their 'about me' link on their site, it's no link at all and upon my investigating the address they provide on the site as well, Google maps shows no result and a search only generates a parking lot! There is no company or supplier to fulfill any orders placed and they should be shut down immediately!
