Daughter placed order for clothes on July 6, 2023 and we never received the order. When I reached out to company via email as they have no phone number or address, they said they could only issue store credit and that they'd put it in my account. Daughter went to use store credit that was never loaded to account, put in anther credit card number and they took our money again! As I've tried to reach out to them regarding the error, there is no way to reach anyone to resolve problem and they sent another standard email that they only issue store credit and that there's nothing they can do.

I purchased 1 crop top on 12/5/2021. It is currently 1/31/2022, and I have not received my order! The tracking number they provide says “order is on its way” but hasn’t changed status since December 20th 2021! When I email them, they say that it’s on its way and because of Covid the delay is extended. If you check the company Instagram, you see comments filled with other customers experiencing the same issue I am! THEY DONT SHIP OUT ORDERS! Please stay always from this company! Also, they take around a week to answer your emails, and always say the same thing! NEVER GO ON THIS SITE!
