I made a purchase on May 23, 2024 through Instagram for White House Black Market but learned that the website was through noitious.com. I tried to cancel but the vendor claimed the order had already been processed. The vendor sent me shipping details. I tracked the package in July with the post office but the post office stated the tracking was not valid. I then went back to the vendor and they stated they would send a replacement but I still haven't received it. I would like to report this company as they are not legit. Also, I tried to put in a request with my bank Michigan First but they stated after 60 days they can not investigate.
