https://whitemountaineskies.com/ is a facade website that is copied and pasted from a similar website offering to sell puppies at a discount and doing a delivery fee with a plane-ticket to deliver the puppy to your hands. When confronted the person emailing for the website threatened to not return the money if the website was reported for fraud. As of right now the money has not been returned yet, and there are public purchases on Venmo of other people who have also not received their puppy.
