I clicked an add for a White Mountain Puzzle sale, puzzles for $5. The site and puzzles looked legitimate, since I'd ordered from them before. I never received the puzzles, never got an order confirmation and my credit card shows a charge for a company called Rikim, Inc. When I search for that company it looks likes a clothing company.

The company used targeted ads on Facebook. In this case it was white mountain puzzles, saying it was closing and having a liquidation sale. I did not receive an email confirming my purchase, and then noticed that the charge on my credit card was RIKIM Inc. After that, I realized that the web address to the website wasn’t the legitimate business site. This was reported to my credit card company who investigated and did confirm that it was a scam.
