I placed an order a month ago, the tracking might as well be non existent, never responded to my email inquiries. Everyone in the US is being told in Instagram comments that they sent them a dm, and then they do not. According to others comments, their tracking says the same, that it was in Chicago. No product was ever received.

Ordered products on November 30 and never received. There are 1000’s of comments on their social media stating the same happened to others.

They are “viral” on the internet among teen girls. My neice asked for a hoodie for Christmas, I ordered on December 1st. They charged me right away, and have not sent the item. I have emailed them NUMEROUS times with no response. They do not have a phone number to contact. I am seeing online that I’m not the only one dealing with this. They need to be stopped.
