We purchased frames from them and wanted to return for another color (per their written return policy) and have tried to reach them over facebook messenger and email (only means given) and nothing. No reaponse at all.

I purchased a luminar blanket for my child on this website that I found. I tried to track my order number on their website but it kept saying invalid/erroneous. I sent several messages to WhiteRows but did not receive any responses. They charged my bank account. I had to cancel my debit card and call to report Fraud on my bank account after I reviewed this Facebook account further. It appears some people do not get orders, some ppl get broken items/wrong items and/or some rare ppl get an item but I am 100% sure they are stealing people's identity theft AND Banking info. I had another HOLD purchase from Google prior to talking to my Bank's Fraud department and that's when I knew WhiteRows had stolen my info because I don’t make purchases to Google. Luckily, I have it setup with my bank that any purchase (yes, any amt.) pings to my phone right away so I know immediately if something is NOT right. WhiteRows is phishing for people's identity and banking info.
