I hired David Whitman owner of Whitman metal and roofing inc to do roof repairs and gave him a deposit of $2680, never to get any work done. I also filed a lawsuit and won a judgment and his business account has been closed. I went online t his website to find complaints of the same scam being done to other home owners around the same time he did this scam on me.
