They said I had a subscription and I never signed up for anything. When I caught on to this and emailed them to stop a subscription I had they said no action is required and out of a courtesy they will refund my credit card 19.99. My bank said they took 13 months of payments around 28.00 but it was a different amount every month.

When I looked up what company this is it appears to be a reverse phone number lookup . Why would anyone pay 28.00 to look up a phone number?

I was attempting to find a phone number for an individual using the white pages. I did not find any usable information. I noticed that I had two charges on my credit card last month and figured I had to pay for the service. Then I noticed it again this month. Actually two charges. Each month was total of $32 dollars. I called the number associated with the Whoeasy charge. I lady quickly agreed to "close my subscription" She claimed that I had one week to cancel my $1 trial subscription. When I asked her for a refund the line went dead. Don't know if I will have another $32 charge next month. Do not use Whoeasy!!

My son used Who Easy to look up a phone number . He entered his debit card information and was supposed to be charged $.95 for a 7 day trial membership . He contacted Who Easy by email twice before the 7 day trial was over to cancel his membership . They never acknowledged his emails and he was subsequently charged $19.95 for the first month . This caused a $30.00 overdraft to his bank account . There is no other way to contact this business , they don't have an address /phone number . Can you please help him with this issue ?
