I ordered product. $69.16 changed to my credit card November 8. I have not received my order and unable to contact them.

I ordered from them paid for the product and have been fighting with them for the last few weeks I even contacted the people who were supposed to deliver which is shipping @24hservice.vip that I never received my order. I also contacted the pompano beach post office. The post office said they Be careful they don’t respect if some thing doesn’t get delivered to a customer they don’t follow up and give you the item you paid for. I can’t help if it is delivered on the front porch and I don’t receive it. I never even got a picture of the delivery like some companies give you.
