I placed an order May 6th, 2018. Immediately after placing my order I was sent a receipt verifying order. Later that day I recieved an email stating "Shipped directly from brazil via air/ground courier. Please allow 14-21 days shipping time. 800-926-2315 10am-2pm PACIFIC STANDARD TIME". After waiting the allotted time and never receiving an actual tracking number, I decided that it was time to call customer service but to my surprise it was a recording saying "please leave us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible". After the recording the phone just hangs up and you are not able to leave a message. I have tried emailing the company numerous times with no response whatsoever. After checking my bank statement I realized that the address my money was sent to is located in Seattle, WA. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM Wholesalecowhiderugs.com
