I placed an order for clothing from Wholesaleapparel.shop online. My order was for $42.29, which I paid on June 4, 2023 with a credit card. I have sent a few emails concerning the merchandise. Both emails suggested that I check with my neighbor. They insisted that the package was delivered on the Fourth of July 2023 at 4:59 pm. My mail is not delivered in the Evening. I was home for the holiday. I did not leave my home. The post office was closed for the holiday. I did not get an alert about the package either. I have never had a missing or stolen package yet. I see that the website/store is closed. They are giving me the run around through emails. Andrew and Tasha have emailed me with the same generic email. They provide a tracking number that provides no information.

Wholesaleapparel.shop is a fake scam clothing website. They take your money, send a vague update of the order then when the time comes the order is “fake” delivered and it’s the consumer’s responsibility for the stolen/lost/never received package. I receive my purchases all the time so will not assume this is somehow the first one that was stolen in between the others ordered around that time from other places that were all received. I requested a refund and they denied it.
