Ordered 1 set of cushions, was charged for 2 sets. never received any notification of order, but money was taken from PayPal account. wrote "help desk", no reply. reported to PayPal who received notification of shipping with tracking number. I received notification that my package was delivered; it was not. reported to UPS as "not delivered". while checking tracking number, it is not in my name and states was ordered from Amazon, which it was not.

UPS states it cannot validate delivery.

PayPal has refunded my money.
