When I was ready to recieve the puppy the owner contacted a shipping Company named Selma Shipping. I received an email with tracking details and was told the puppy would be delivered by that evening at 6pm. 10 mins later I recieved an email requesting $880 through Zelle for a shipping crate that would refunded to me on delivery. I contacted the seller and she said this was normal and I should pay as I would get it back so I paid. Less than hour later the shipper contacted me requesting $1280 insurance fee also refundable on delivery also through Zelle. Again I was skeptical and reached out to the seller who again assured me this was normal and I should pay. I paid and thought was the it until an hour before delivery I get another email requesting $980 permit fee as the puppy was held at the port in South Carolina waiting for fee to be paid. When I refused to send anymore money the Shipper threatened to turn me in for abandoning the puppy. The owner has been harrassing me to pay and even threatened to call her lawyer when I told her I was filing a complaint.
