Scam company

I used to buy from them last year. At times I would have to wait up to a month but I did get the product. Once July came it all stopped. I’ve harassed them with over 18 emails about 3 packages the oldest order I’ve been waiting for is July 2021 and nothing. They give a fake tracking number and that’s it. Most of all the emails was the same copy and paste response. I have my credit card company now fighting with them because I’m annonyed. The new emails too daily of now they are now shipping out all new orders either same day or next day really really irks me to no end.

Wibargain scam!! Lost $260!!!

I ordered 2 boxes from WIBARGAIN, over 5 months ago. Never got my boxes or any shipping tracking or anything.. just that it sgould ship "on monday". Never did. Never got incontact after the 4th month. Never received any money back or my boxes. They just change they name and say they aren't wibargain anymore. New company. Which is just a name change and still a scam!

I bought this on 11/22/2021 from the company WiBargain (wibargain.com) and got an email with a tracking number saying the item was shipped. 2-3 days later, the package never arrived and I notice the FedEx site says the package is "pending." I gave it a week and emailed asking about a new estimated delivery date. The response was vague, just saying "we are experiencing higher than normal order volume. Shipping times will vary." Meanwhile, I am literally getting emails from them every day about new products, discount codes, and loyalty program rewards. It has been over a month and I still haven't received my package. Out of curiosity, I looked them up on Google and found out that numerous people have not received their packages, some have been waiting as long as 6 months to get their package! Unbeknownst to me, lots of people are getting ripped off. They're even on the Better Business Bureau. The company is WiBargain. Every time the email me, I ask about my package. They say the same old thing: "I apologize for the delay. We are experiencing higher than normal order volume with certain boxes. Shipping times will vary! We are working as quickly as we can to get your order shipped out. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us via email." I have asked for a refund but the sender always says the same thing above ^. I have four emails with the same conversation. And every day there is a new Google Review about this company and how people haven't gotten their products and wait and wait and wait. So therefore, I am calling this fraud and would like the bank to handle it since I cannot get any communication through the company itself. I've also learned WiBargain changed its website and is now under a new name/website called CakSupply? The merchant has not agreed to issue me a refund. Every time I ask for one, their response is always about how they're working quickly to get my order shipped out to me. I've also tried calling their phone number and when someone picks up, they hang up before I can speak. :-/ I don't think I'm ever going to actually get my order.
