Purchased a "Unclaimed Mail Mystery Box July Edition" box on 7/29/2021. Made a second purchase two weeks (8/14/2021) later once the first was marked as shipped. When the second box came I reached out (8/15) regarding the first one since it had not arrived and the tracking still showed that it was invalid. They (Lin) informed me(8/16) that orders are automatically assigned a tracking number whether they've been sent or not and it would be shipped ASAP. Followed up again on 9/2, received an email 9/3 stating it had not shipped yet and would be again ASAP. Emailed them on 9/26 as it still had not been shipped, 9/27 received the same email stating it would be shipped ASAP and expedited. Emailed them on 9/28 requesting them to cancel it as its been almost two months and I had been told multiple times that it would be expedited. I was emailed a form on 9/28 to be filled out requesting it be cancelled. Confirmed with agent Dalia that it would be refunded to the card purchased on. Received an email on 9/29 confirming that the order was cancelled and would be refunded. On 9/29 i received an email stating the refund was processed and given a transaction number. On 10/10 I sent a follow up email regarding the refund not being received in my account yet, received no response. on 10/13 I sent another followup email, received a response from Jessica on 10/14 with the same information as before. Over two weeks later from the second refund confirmation it still had not been processed. Sent an email today on 11/4 stating that I had given the allotted 3-5 business days and it still was not processed. I contacted the bank with the transaction number that they gave me multiple times and they confirmed it did not exist. I also gave them all the the information I had from the original transaction and the supposed return, they researched it and still found that this transaction did not exist and were only able to find the first two charges. At this point I researched them on the Better Business Bureau, which I wish I'd done sooner, and found that they have almost 500 complaints (believe me I feel like an [censored] for not doing this first), many mentioning false transaction numbers being sent. The company refuses to send proof that they attempted to refund it, bank confirmed it was not done and does not exist. Do not fall for the videos from "influencers" opening up wonderful amazing boxes. the one that i DID receive had all returns from Ali express, the return address also matches the warehouse that they ship to from china that then gets forwarded. Company is a scam.

This company is a complete scam, I order the $150 Box, it came 4 month later! And the items were a total of no more the $15 worth of junk! I called and email 7 times for a refund, but each time was the same story. I repeat this company is a scam!

At least you got your boxes. Most of us are still. Waiting. Total Scam! Sorry you had a bad experience though. They need to be stopped!

This company is a scam! I placed an order on Sept 11, Sept 16 I received my tracking number for both boxes I ordered. Delivery day came and went with no packages received. Sept 26 was the first time I reached out to customer service for help regarding the no delivery, I was told the create the label before the begin packing the box so it is ready to go once filled and that shipping on the two boxes I ordered is running behind. Ok whatever we will see fast forward about two weeks still nothing so I reached out again this time asking to cancel because I felt this was a scam. I was given a form to fill out so I did on oct 9 it has been almost 20 days and I’ve called an emailed several times only to be told my cancellation is in queue to be processed and that I will receive an email once complete. They will say whatever they need to in order to put you off.

Purchased a product from them on July 29, received shipping label but nothing ever shipped. Reading Google reviews, I'm not the only one they're scamming.

i had found the from a person that was doing a tictoc live with the link below of the company i had seen videos of different people talking about these boxes of all returned items they were shipping in boxes all items were still in amazon wrappers and they would put serval in each box and i thought wow i want to try that so i ordered two weeks went by nothing i i emailed them and received a email saying they were having delays 3 weeks i email them it should ship in a few days and the just keep saying the same thing over and over i found a group on Facebook of people that are having the same issue.

I purchased a package on 7/12/21 and it is now 10/13/21. I have yet to receive my package or refund. I get automated response from their email and when I call I wait 15 to 20 minutes and then get voicemail instead of actual customer service. I have left voicemails and haven't gotten a response from that either. The order # was ******.

I purchased a Target box from WiBargain and when I received it, the box had a dog toy that had already been chewed on and a bed comforter that was covered in black mold. When I reported this to the business, they refused to do anything about it. I even submitted pictures with my complaint and they said that because the box contains returned items, they have no control of things like that.

This company is operating under false advertising and committing fraud. They either send out a box of garbage or never send out boxes that were paid for. They keep stringing along customers who want to cancel and refuse to issue refunds. The only way to get a refund is to dispute with bank. They NEED to be shut down. Over 800 people have been scammed.

Complete scam with false and misleading influenecer boxes. My broken, dirty, unusable merchandise was barely worth $20, let alone $125. I am so angry I wasted my money on this fake company.

I placed an order on August 2, the tracking number they sent me is fake. I received an email saying my order shipped, but when I look it up on fedex, it says it's invalid. i contacted them and they said it says "invalid" because it sends an email automatically when they produce the label, and the tracking number will update once it actually ships out. but I know that's not right because I've gotten orders from different places that even when they produce the shipping label but haven't actually shipped it, the tracking number is still valid. my tracking number here never became valid and still isn't.

i have been contacting customer service and they just keep saying they're working on it and it'll be shipped promptly. i filled out the refund request and did not hear back. the more I read about it the more I realized it is a total scam and I am not the only one having this problem. they refuse to give me my money back and I will never receive this box.

I ordered 3 boxes from them $298 back in August we are now at the end of September and still nothing. Just the like others they gave me a bogus FedEx tracking number. Called them and gave me an excuse they were going to be mailed out in two weeks and nothing.

I placed an order with them over 2 months ago they never shipped it they gave me a bogus tracking number FedEx said it was not a good tracking number spoke to the management staff at least 10 times and was promised that it was just backlogged and would be mailed out soon. That never happened also during the same time they were still posting that same item that I ordered, for sale. They said "new shipment" came in. However when I talk to them they always say it's on backorder. They have also refused to refund my money

Wibargain is using influences on tiktok and other platforms to sell mystery boxes. They are getting legit boxes with nice products and when other people like myself orders we are sent garbage. It's broken used worn. Like dumpster diving garage.

I ordered an Amazon Box from this company July 2021 based off multiple influencer ads on social media sites. I immediately received a confirmation e-mail stating my order was confirmed and I would be updated when the box shipped. The website states 10-14 days for shipping. 14 days passed and I still hadn't gotten any update on shipping and the 'track your order' link from my confirmation e-mail still stated order in process. The end of July I finally got an e-mail stating my item had shipped. But the items never shipped. I was given a FEDEX tracking number but the items were supposed to ship UPS Ground. The FedEx tracking number never updated, the items were never picked up by FedEx. Mid August I called the customer service line and was told 'your item is next to be shipped out, we're just waiting on the Carrier to pick up'. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I waited another week and it still hadn't been shipped and I called back again. Again told 'so sorry for the delay, we'll give you a $25 store credit for the issue, your order is expedited and will be shipped ASAP'. End of August still no update on shipping, I called and asked for a refund and to cancel my order. They said 'ok, 72 hours and it will be cancelled unless the box ships and then it will no be cancelled'- I agreed. I called 7 days later because it still wasn't cancelled and was told 'sorry we're having issues with our cancellation system please give us 5-7 days to get issues worked out.' Now 9 Days later and the refund still hasn't been issued. I called them again and told there is a delay with refunds but if I wanted to speak with a supervisor they would call me within 2 business days. So 2 months after the order nothing has been shipped, nothing has been refunded, and no one to answer for anything. Currently filing dispute with my CC.

Wi Bargain advertised selling boxes of Amazon returns premium merchandise 10-12 items. I trust Amazon so I trusted this purchase I saw some unpackaging videos on your tube. I placed my order then immediately started getting pop ups about people complaining so without hesitation I emailed and requested cancellation the response was I had to call for refund. I called and the rep said they couldn't refund because package may have gone out this was August 2nd. So after a week I explained again I wanted to cancel the order and wanted an immediate refund. I was given a run around and then send a tracking number saying package was sent FED EX and on the bottom of the email it said sent ground UPS. This was a fake tracking number. I called again and got another runaround. I was told to fill out a form to request a refund. Today Sept 3rd the rep said she never saw my request for refund come through by email and I had to fill out again. Then she said she never sees the request they go straight to billing. Complete lies and theft from this company. I hope the News Media calls on this people need to know how they are stealing from people and paying others to advertise by giving them free stuff

I placed an order 07/09/2021. The website indicates once you receive the FED Ex #, the package is on its way. I received ************ tracking on 07/29/2021 and to this day, I still do not have the package. I have been communicating with them weekly and every week they have a new excuse of why it is not sent yet.

My first purchase went pretty smooth. The product I received didn't really match the price I paid, but it was health and beauty and I am not real familiar with such things. My second order, I ordered a tool box for $125 and a jewelry box for $50. I ended up emailing them and requesting a refund or my purchase. I finally received the tool box. Now it is over a month later and I still have not received the jewelry box. I have emailed and called. NOTHING. The old saying holds true.... BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I’m in a group called Crazy Discount Codes and she introduced Wibargain to the group. She bought several boxes and they all have nice things inside. I was skeptical so I waited and finally purchased one in June. I waited and they send out tracking numbers saying your order has shipped….but the tracking numbers don’t work. I emailed and called only for them to say no refunds. No manager available to talk to either.

WiBargain, LLC in TikTok - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They are scamming people out of thousands of dollars saying that you will receive a box based on what type you buy, of closeouts, returns and some slightly damaged products. IT IS ALL FALSE, they take your money up front, then lead you on creating a bogus UPS shipping label to let you THINK you will be getting what you ordered. I have contacted them via email four times and each time they say it will be shipped within the next week. They took money out of my bank account on 5/28/21 and as of today July 23, 2021 NOTHING has been shipped. They advertise on TikTok and each time I try to make a comment about them they delete it. It's all a scam, don't fall for it like I did.

I purchased over $775 worth of products from wibargain. Not including $250 for delivery. I purchased 3 items. First a homedepot pallet. Then second and third 2 wibargain boxes. All in 1 purchased total. On June 11 I got the home depot pallet. The home depot pallet had 5 items. All overed in ashes, animal feces and small dead bugs. 1 grill master pitgrill. It was broken and had 2 legs that Barley held on. When the barrel was open it was full to the brim of old wood chips, animal feces, and ashes. There were 3 bathroom sink sets. All 3 had water damaged boxes that were wrapped in tape. All 3 had large red stickers on the product saying "Destroy" "NOT FOR RESALE". We opened the boxes... ashes from the grill were in the boxes and on top of the sink sets. All 3 sets were not only water damaged. 1 sink out of all set was missing. All 3 were broken in pieces. All 3 full of ash, animal feces, and unknown small dead bugs. Last was 1 toilet in a nice box. But that box with the toilet also had "DESTROY" AND "NOT FOR RESALE". "DESTROY" was also written in black sharpie on the toilet box. The toilet box was also opened after inspection. The toilet was completely shattered!! And it had animals feces all over the inside!! This was absolutely revolting what I experienced from the home depot pallet alone. I contacted customer service same say and reported what happened. I was promised I full refund because of contamination with animal feces. Only to be given 2 weeks later a very generous $75 wibargain credit that never expires. I also never received the rest of my order. The other half is still missing. This was a complete scam. Dont trust social media or those fake reviews!!
