This is a scam puppy breeder. They have a website with several "available" puppies. She quoted me on a puppy for the dog and delivery. She said I needed to put down 50% to secure the puppy, which is standard. She sent me her Cash App profile which I sent her $500. Soon after, she started rarely responding and not answering the questions that I had. I asked for a refund and she has not responded since.
