Timothy and James use Offerup to advertise and reel you in. Then request unprotected forms of payment like Venmo and Bitcoin for your transaction. Your account WILL get flagged because the amount of charge backs this person has. Timothy will then harass you for more money over text and calls, promising to ship your items. But never ships them, or shows confirmation. He sold me a Draft Booster box of Magic The Gathering: Modern Horizons 1 for 165$, I never recieved the item. This box and several others are advertised on his website. His partner James buys and sells computer parts, he is also in on the scam.
