I would have loved to give you a call immediately but I want to let you know that am just reciprocating from diagnosis of cancer of the lungs, all I can do right now is email, perhaps text.

The next day we received a text message from a "Tyler" asking for assistants in getting a quote for a roof replacement. Once we replied to contact via text as requested, scammer sent this. "Thanks for the swift response, are you teh owner of the business? Does your business accept credit card/ACH as method of payment or check? I am currently in the hospital due to my physical disability of cancer of the lungs, I won't be able to meet up with you but it not a problem the property is empty you can swing by get me an estimate for the black architectural shingles, Will you be able to handle the project for like it your own property please?"
