My 74 year old elderly needed some trees cut in her yard. She asked if I could find someone so I found Andrew woods online pretending to own a tree service. He told me he needed money up front to rent heavy equipment to do the job, so she paid him $2,500. He now won't text me or call and hasn't done any work. He stole money from my elderly mom. He lied about having a business license and being bonded and insured. Illegally doing under the table work and stealing money from people
