Free item offered for $10 shipping( Click on item for description and it is ordered without hitting the order button). Day of purchase,
one of the 24 hour help numbers said it was beyond business hours. Next day, email said its too late. Your order is being shipped.
You should have called the 24 hour 800 number. Confirmation receipt does not breakdown the costs. Help operator from hired company sends a detailed receipt on second email. This is UltraPro/WIFI/zendesk, not the real company, a service company with a website.. After much discussion on line from the company, finally an RA number is provided. The refund will be for the first item ordered and taxes to my state. Original item was $40, Free item was $20 shipping, Free item was $10 shipping. Mention disputing with credit card company will help get the RA number. Told I should keep the free item that cost $20. Free item for $10 a wristband clock inoperative. The WiFI extender is in a generic box indicating Chinese manufacture. Nothing to do with the founders of the company in the cell ad who invented this device. Obviously, this is a generic product from some Chinese company sold by a scam internet company. Sent back both WiFi extenders in Priority mail. Time limit for RA number before it is cancelled. Sent back both units by Priority mail. So, loss of $30 and Postage.
