I ordered 3 wigs on the 24th of Christmas and got them on the 13th of January. All that time waiting just to be sent wigs that weren’t the same length as order nor did that look like they were as high density as I ordered. They all have a weird middle part, and you can see where that sewed the bundle not only at the very front on the part but also in the back due to laziness e that made the wigs.

Literally the same experience as everyone! Bought it because of the
*buy 2 get one free* and didn't get what I payed for! They better give me a refund! I can't even wear the thing. "Full lace" "lace closure" WHAT LACE? the only lace on the wig is in the front and has to be cut. could have gotten a real lace from the beauty supply for the same price .

I purchased yesterday two laces from their website. I didn’t receive a confirmation email, I only received a text message confirming the purchase which was paid through PayPal. I called the business today and I was informed that Wigscount is using this business mailing address and phone number to do fraud. Business claims that this is not their first time somebody called looking for their purchased products and advised me to contact my bank and file for a fraudulent claim. Business does not exist.
