I bought a wig online from wigs is.com. I followed their protocol for a Return. They requested pictures of the item which I took and emailed to them. They repeatedly refused to send me their return address or a phone number. We emailed back and forth numerous times but they would not give me their phone number or return address. I have the wig that I paid $116 for. It’s terrible quality and looks nothing like what I was purchasing. They stopped texting me and I’m stuck with this horrible wig that I paid $116 for.
