I have placed a order 3 times on line to this website and it shows pictures of of the items on sale so I place my order it takes 4 days later and I get emails saying that item is longer available and pick something else each time this has happened they present a item you pay and then don’t refund they take days or a week to get communication about not having and for me to pick something else yesterday I was so upset because two items again they took my money many’s days go by and they say they don’t have to pick something else but now it’s been a week and I had picked something else and they never gave me a tracking number I called over and over and received a women yelling at me that the item was on sale and not their problem never offered my money back or how to get another item she just raised her voice and talked over me and hung up. Today I get another email to call so I call again no response and no answer and no one returned my call. This company has been the worst customer service experience I have ever been involved with and still have my money and no one taking responsibility to resolve or respond.
