I purchased 2 wigs from a website that were falsely advertised as being real hair. I have sent multiple emails to this company requesting that a return label be emailed back to me so I can send the products back. Their website does accept returns and refunds but I am getting the run around. They emailed me back several times indicating they can't issue me a return ans asked what else they could help me with. I also requested for a contact number because the website's contact number contains too many numbers.

I clicked on an ad in Facebook and it took me to a website for wigstyleoffical.com. I ordered 2 wigs and when I recieved them they looked absolutely nothing like they were advertised. I paid over $70 for the wigs and they look like costume quality.
