The company advertised a product but is shipping out defective products and then trying to offer only a percentage of the money back claiming that they are not at fault because they sent the correct product. They won't even accept a return stating that the product was shipped from their Singapore location so a return would be time consuming and expensive. I think they do this intentionally and get people to agree to only getting a small percentage of their money back while the company is getting richer by keeping the rest of the money.
