We needed a wikipage for a client. We reached out to WikiExperts as one of our vendors had worked with them previously and had a good experience. We didn't have prior experience doing wikipages and trusted them because they were recommended. They immediately told us our client qualified for a page. Initially, we paid partially until they would deliver. After writing the copy for the wikipage, they returned to tell us that we needed more articles and could do it through one of their partners. We bought the articles (paid partially as well) and they delivered low-quality articles. We rewrote them, they made them live. After 8 months they finally made the wikipage live, but it was taken down after 24 hrs. They said the page had been vandalized and it needed a protection plan of $6K a year. This was a big red flag. Our partner did some research and found out they are a black hat wikipage vendor (which means they are a scammer). The articles they wrote were never used for the wikipage as they have a low domain authority and are not reliable sources. We emailed them to request a refund and never heard back from them again. Please be careful. There are a significant amount of wikipage editors that are scammers.

They took a deposit to create a wikipedia page with a money back guarantee if they couldn't complete it, then dragged out the process for months (knowing that they couldn't create the page) and now that they admit it won't be published and should refund the deposit, they keep stalling saying they will check with finance and have now stopped replying to emails. They wasted months of our time, took our money, and now won't respond at all, despite repeated attempts at getting a refund or a timeline of when to reasonably expect one.
