In the contract, it states: "We will make sure to get your page live on Wikipedia and further online your page stays live for edits and additions. We provide what we promise. Just in case we're not able to provide what we commit, you will be eligible for a 100% refund policy.”
We were told we would have a Project Manager, and after we filled out a brief form, their team would do complete research on available sources and complete a “notability report.” We did get a Project Manager, Monica Killinger, 323-410-6208, although she kept giving us excuses for why nothing was being completed. There were delays upon delays. I asked to speak to a person in charge, and she would call me and patch me through to another person, which was suspect.
Finally, on November 10, Monica patched me through to a person named DAVID who told me that WikiFederation was backlogged on projects. He also said they were no longer taking on new projects and that he would call me with updates every Monday. I have not heard from him since. The main number on their webpage, https://www.wikifederation.com 888-402-4544 does not answer. Monica no longer answers my calls.
We do not have a Wikipedia page and there is no way to get a refund.
