After placing order, the original website used to order disappeared ("could not locate server"). Another week or so later, I received an email from their customer service saying "the website had been overloaded so use this new site..." - which was the newsquiet.com website. My order was still showing along with no change in the order number. When I finally received a tracking number, I noticed it was coming from China and expected a longer delivery. 6 weeks later after I did not receive the order, I emailed a complaint at which point I received a response saying they would immediately refund me 20% (did not happen) and updated tracking information (it was the same number I originally received). The tracking number continued to only update every 5-10 days and the package I finally received was not at all what I ordered. Original order was 10 sweatshirts and 1 pair of shoes - I received a fake 12inch silk scarf that won't even fit around my dog's neck. Luckily, the scammer has not attempted to withdraw any money from my debit account and also has not requested additional personal information. Everything I provided on the original order was standard for legitimate online purchases (card info + billing address) - nothing out side of the ordinary.

The company has not responded since I reported the item received and requested a full refund.
