Ordered on 2/16/2021.
I was told the shipping would be delayed due to weather. A couple days later they sent a shipping confirmation via text and tracking number. That number was invalid so I emailed them. They sent me another tracking number that came up as a different company this one seemed legit but it has said “label printed, no arrival at facility”. Just printing a label isn’t shipping it. I’ve been contacting them with picture proof, I got one email saying this is not a scam. And I haven’t heard from them since. I cannot get my money back either. Dishonest company. I knew the validity of tracking a polar bear was silly I just really wanted the bracelet for a friends birthday, which is today. And still no valid shipping label or tracking number.

Ordered three elephant tracking bracelets with their buy two, get one free offer. It has been well over a month and I have heard nothing from them, despite attempts to contact the company.

I'm very disappointed as I love elephants and was so excited to support them. I am considering contacting my bank about a refund since they seem to have scammed me out of $34.90 in total.

Please consider directly donating to a reputable organization dedicated to these animals, instead of potentially being as let down as I am and supporting a clearly terrible company.

Bought a bracelet in September. Two months later nothing. Contacted them and they said they would rush one out a month later and still nothing. Seems to be largely Facebook advertised so when complaining through that medium I got blocked and ignored.
They say they donate $100,000 to wildlife but also say through 10% of profits. That means a sweet $900,000 is going to someone. Best bet is buy your own jewellery and donate directly to wildlife.

I purchased three bracelets on November 29th it was buy 2 get 1 free for the price of 3495 time went by and I did contact the company and they told me that my one sharp bracelet was out of stock but it was not out of stock when I ordered it so then they proceeded to tell me that it was what w[censored]ding it up and they didn't understand why nobody contacted me about this problem this company has made no effort of correcting this or sending me any bracelets out so that I have a Christmas gift for my grandkids these bracelets are supposed to also have the trackers in the history of the animal with them

I purchased two sea turtle bracelets that would track a turtle from Wildlife Collections on December 5 via PayPal and my credit card. They were purported to arrive before Christmas. I received an acknowledgement and order number but did not hear from Wildlife Collections again, despite submitting 3 inquiries; 2 through the website and one email. I made a post to their website with the above information. They posted a defensive response and soon after both posts disappeared. I'm sorry that I did not check this site before I purchased the bracelets.

I have placed an order on Dec.4th and received an email that my order was being processed. I have sent several emails to see when my bracelets will be shipped and I get a response with a ticket number and that they will respond back in 24 to 48 hours. I have still never heard back. Just want to make sure they arrive before Christmas or my money back.

I bought several bracelets on the buy 2 get one free on Dec 7th. Immediately received an email that my order was processed but nothing since. I have since received orders from other vendors that I purchased after the 7th. I just need to be sure things will be here by Christmas. I have sent multiple emails that have gone in answered, I’m starting to feel a little in easy about this purchase.

After reading reviews on several websites. I saw that Wildlife collections responded to complaints on a different website. I decided to give it a try. I ordered 3 bracelets at the buy two get one free price of $34.90 for all three on Dec 6th. https://www.wildlifecollections.com/ I immediately received an order confirmation. I received an email on Dec 9th that my order shipped with a tracking number. My order arrived today, December 15th. with three turtle bracelets and three turtle cards. Wildlife Collections Inc. delivered. The bracelets are charming and I can't wait to give these as Christmas gifts.

Claim to be saving sea turtles with purchase of their jewelry. Site on Facebook. Ordered 5 piece set of jewelry from Wildlife Collections. They charged my credit card immediately and 2 weeks later and endless unanswered emails my order still has not been processed. I was VERY excited to get this for my daughter and nothing happened.

I purchased a bracelet in November 2020, I kept receiving tracking info and then told it was delivered...to another state. I have sent email after email and have not heard back. $20.00 price tag is not the issue, my granddaughter will not have a Christmas present to open on Christmas morning from her grandmother and they are military, first Christmas in Germany. I am not happy. What can I do about this
