Wildrose Productions LLC set up a scam during the 2021 Miles City World Famous Bucking Horse Sale weekend in Miles City, MT 59301. They contacted businesses and ranches in the local area to record a 30 minute episode to be run on the Cowboy Channel during Special Cowboy Moments. They set up a temporary studio in the Parlor in Miles City and we were told it would cost$1,400 for a 30 minute episode. This was to promote our families bull sale and ranch. I wrote a check for $1,400 and my dad did the interview for our ranch because I fell ill the day of the interview. Long after the interviews took place I received an email from Tracy Hammond that explained due to covid they couldn't play the episodes due to various reasons ( I have email thread if you would like to see it). We were all told that we would be refunded our $1.400 and if we would like they would play our episodes for free at a later date. So much time had gone by, I told them were no longer interested in them playing our episode because our sale was over, they could just refund our money. I contacted them on and off the last 2 years trying to get my refund and they have given me every excuse you can get from a scammer. I messaged RFD-TV and the vice president (Jeremiah Davis) and he was trying to help me out to no avail. I have been in contact with Kevin Holten with Wildrose Productions LLC through phone calls and a lot of text messages. He keeps assuring me the refund check is in the mail. I have been checking with him every Friday to let him know it is still not here. I want to report them to the ScamPulse.com and see what my options are for getting my money back. I contacted another business from the area (Montana Premium Beef) to see if they have received a refund and they informed me they have not and have been scammed as well. There is a long list of Ranches and businesses that need to report Wildrose Productions LLC to the BBB. I can provide all kinds of emails and texts if you need more evidence. I would really like to make sure they can't do this to someone else.
