The product from WilfredSmith.com took more than a month to arrive and when it did it was a pathetic mimic of product shown on website. When I stated I wanted to return this product they said an international return would be very costly for me perhaps more than the product cost but they were willing to refund me 10 percent of my cost of $70. I told them I was turning them in for the scam they are.
