I went to this person on Facebook selling Maine C o o n Cats. I recently lost my cat, had to put to sleep, and they showed me this cat that they said was available. I sent them $300.00 by e-transfer, then they wanted me to send them more, and I said no that was not the contract made. They told me they would send the cat and that I would pay them $500.00 when I got an email from Delta Global Airlines. I got the email from Delta Global Airlines stating that my kitten was on route, so I e-transferred them another $500.00 then all of a sudden I got an email again from Global Airlines stating that I would have to pay a refundable amount of $1000.00 for insurance to them to get my cat, everything looked legitimate. I went to the bank to transfer the money and the teller reached out to me and told me not to send the e-transfer as it was to a personal email, not Global Airlines. I then email Global Airlines and told them I was not sending the money, and I didn't hear from them. The Magic Main [censored] gave me the number of 501-436-3428, I called and could hardly understand the person, and they just kept telling me to send the $1000.00, and I said no. I spoke with the Magic main [censored]e, and they said that the cat was now in my name, and I was responsible for it and that animal control would be after me for abandonment and I told them let animal control phone me and I will explain to them what was going on. I am so upset with Magic Maine [censored]e and Global Airlines for playing with my emotions and no cat. I don't want anyone else to be scammed.
