I've had the same experience. Bought ONE porcelain cat water bowl for 12.00 through PayPal. The payment confirmation page showed a makeup purchase for $14; this then turned into a $89 dollar charge. I had no opportunity to back out of the purchase. I'm still waiting to hear back from PayPal, but after reading these reviews, I'm not holding out for much hope. I also tried to dispute the charge thru my bank with no luck!

I bought 1 water pet water fountain from this site thru paypal for $11.99 item, quantity 1 and it showed up on my PayPal for $98.03 quantity 8.
The email is Chinese, even though it said shipped from CA.
I can now no longer find the site, it's been removed.
Paypal is denying refund as the shipped has created some sort of verified receipt. I have received no product either. This is a total rip off.

Purchased a $11.99 product & was charged $98.03. The total showed up as $14-something, but when it showed up in PayPal it showed up as a $98.03 charge. Total scam!!!
