Mole services was requested in November 3 of 2022. The treatment was not effective as moles appeared the next day. I called and emailed Willards to complain they never called back. I requested Bank Of America to for a a credit, upon their investigation they credited my account. On January 21, 2023, Willard's had illegally used my credit card to charge the $275 without my permission. They never called me back in November 0f 2022 to address my complaints. Bank of America had determined that since Willard's did not respond to my complaint that I was entitled to a refund, and they also determined I was entitled for a second refund for the January 21, 2023 charge because it was without my authorization.
