Type of a scam Online Purchase
I left my email and information for the person to contact me if the puppies were still available.
The person followed up with a text and sent me pictures of the puppies. He was very persistent on getting paid through Zelle only.
I asked him for a receipt or a form that would validate the transaction, so he sent me a "Form of transfer of ownership of a pet" from the "Ministry of Livestock and Animal Husbandry."
I sent him the money through Zelle and he sent me a tracking number through a shipping company called:

The day I was suppose to get the puppies, the shipping company sent me an email saying the puppies were sent in the wrong type of cages and because where I live is cold, the puppies needed an insulated cage. Each cage was $400 and 98% of my payment was refundable.
Later on that day I received another message from the shipping company, this time saying that the puppies needed a payment for $1000.00 for insurance in case anything happened to them while on their way here.
I texted the sender and told him I wasn't going to pay that and I wanted my money back but he never returned my calls/texts.
