William Packer has pomsky puppies for sale. He only uses his website or wants you to text message his number at 469-251-8194. He wants you to western union the money and was giving a great deal on two puppies because he was going to have another litter and would have too many puppies. After you send him the money he then texts that the puppies need to be in a special crate for shipping and he needs $800 more to pay for it because he can't afford it. Now he doesn't reply to any messages or picks up the phone.
