In good faith, I ordered a Billygoat 18 inch hollow tine turf aerator from William Best Tools. I believe I ordered this product back in October 2023. Here it is June 5, 2024, and I still have no aerator.

I have contacted the company numerous times through email and expressed my concern and dissatisfaction. I tried calling the phone number, but was never able to reach a live person.

Having spent $1724, I have received no product, as well as silence from William Best Tools as to the delivery and status of my product. In every case, I have had to initiate the conversation with the company regarding the whereabouts of my aerator.

This is now the second time I have requested my money be refunded back on my card; however, the outcome looks bleak.
