I have contacted the company numerous times through email and expressed my concern and dissatisfaction. I tried calling the phone number, but was never able to reach a live person.
Having spent $1724, I have received no product, as well as silence from William Best Tools as to the delivery and status of my product. In every case, I have had to initiate the conversation with the company regarding the whereabouts of my aerator.
This is now the second time I have requested my money be refunded back on my card; however, the outcome looks bleak.
