William O'Hanlon, aka, Patrick Burns banned from operating in New Jersey and still doing business there, now operates as Ryan, James and Daniels in Florida with a crew of about 100 trained sales scammers and collectors to hound and scam seniors out of supposedly time share exits. Do the math, no lawyers on board, yet, each time these unsuspected fixed income seniors communicate with these bag of thieves, it's verify that you have the money in your bank account for $1899 to $30, 000 for doing nothing in return.

They contacted me to rent my timeshare.I sent $1'900.00 up front and I never got any money as promised.This transaction was done since last November.The name of the person is Patrick Burns.The tel.# is395-609-1147.

I had a very similar experience, same company, early July 2021, I lowered the quoted fee to $6k, same contact names. Found a few discrepancies:
1) Patrick Burns email is for Travelbnbinc.net, and that website is for a vacation rental site (do they charge you to buy your timeshare from you so they can rent it out?). 2) There is no Williams and Burns in any Miami lawyers listing, or 3) in any collection agency listing in Google. So the only place they exist is on their own web site. 4) And why did they lower our fee just because the property price was lower? The amount of work on their end remans the same. Very dubious...

They claim that Fraud Protection hired them because we were a victim of fraud with purchase of Westgate time share to get us out of it and claim Westgate wants $8999 up front to get us back multi-thousands we have put into it. They sent contract they want docu-signed (sent under name of Patrick Burns) immediately and to authorize withdrawal of the up front money immediately.

I stalled on grounds of as "headache " to think about it till tomorrow. They know so much about what we did spend and dates that it is hard not to believe them, but I never heard government fraud protection services hiring any agency to do this without notifying the individuals or groups involved.

Please advise on your website, if this is a scam, as I believe it to be.
