09/21/2020, Paid $1000 for a puppy, and $150 for shipping. To date, after numerous phone calls and e-mails, on 10/23/20 I am now told (from the breeder and the transport company / https://transcontinentalpetexpress.com/) that I cannot receive the puppy unless I give the pet transport company "$1500 for insurance, which is fully refunded after I receive the puppy." I am now receiving no help from the breeder to get this puppy to me. Because I placed the purchase on a credit card to a person and not a business, I get no help from pay-pal nor my credit card company.
