This person presumably finds employees of businesses on LinkedIn, sends flowers to them at work with a message that says "contact me on WhatsApp at 2192486905", or finds the employee's personal phone number somehow and messages them directly. At least 3 people at our company have been contacted by someone named "Willie" at this phone number, pretending to be from the FBI and needing paperwork to be filled out. They're presumably trying to hack into our system via email.
