I signed a contract with the company to have custom counters made and installed. I paid them a deposit of $562.50 on 7/29/24 with the contract stated the job would be complete within 3-4 weeks. The company ignored my messages over the next several months and never completed the job. I requested a refund on 11/4/24 and they have yet to send the refund. The contract states that they would provide a refund if the job was not completed within 3-4 weeks. I have tried contacting them numerous times and they continue to lead me on and ignore my requests.
