I ordered a product online. The company’s address was Durham, NC. I have contacted them four times. One reply was to wait 2 additional weeks, that was on the 15th of November. Tracking number stated it was delivered on November 27, 2023 and it was not. I contacted the “company” and they said to check tracking because it was delivered and that email was on November 29, 2023. I tried to contact them again but they did not reply. The shipment came out of China is what the tracking information stated. I know this was not delivered because I have been home and nothing was delivered.

I was shopping on-line and saw a Christmas Nativity Set I wanted and tried to put it on my credit card. It declined though I had money in my account so I used my husbands credit card and it successfully went through. I then got an e-mail from a random name company saying my receipt for “that amount” was paid to them.

Then, I got another e-mail at the same time, from Willow Tree Sale saying I left items in my cart and my purchase was NOT complete. I have taken pictures of both e-mails which have sensitive information on it.

I then researched on-line to find that the company was fraudulent/a scam. And now I am sharing this with you.
