When I didn’t receive my order within a month, I reached out to them. They sent me tracking info from 17track.net telling me it was on the way.
When yet another month passed and I still didn’t receive my order, I reached out to them again.
They said my shipment was lost and apologized and would send it out again.
I waited another 30 days, and still didn’t receive my order.
I requested a refund, they said in an email:
“In order to make up for your loss,how about we apply for a 70% discount of your payment and could you please buy one in your local area please?”
At this point, I was like this is crazy!
I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They were prompt in answering my emails, and seemed like they were taking care of things, but they never issued me a refund.
