I ordered a large nativity. I was sent a tracking number which came from Spain, reached the US in Vancouver, WA and sat for a month. I reached out again and received a second tracking number which came from China. It finally arrived. It fit in my mailbox, was dirty and torn. I reached out again through PayPal to open a case. I requested a full refund and a return label to send back the product. I was told they would refund $25 and I could keep the item. I replied again and said I wanted a full refund and to return the item with them paying to which he said he can't but would give me half my money. I agreed to get that as at least I'll MAYBE get something and I need to complete this process by the 31st or forget anything happening. I also said I would report to the ScamPulse.com which I am doing now.

I ordered an outdoor Nativity set and puzzle on 11/4/22. I received an email to track the shipment that showed it going from Italy to the United States. Tracking states that the item came to US customs on 11/20/22. No more information was given after 12/22/22 that stated it arrived in Rapid City. I reached out to the company on 12/20/22 asking for a refund. They stated that the item could not be refunded because it was already shipped. At that time, they gave me a new tracking number. When I searched that number, it shows that the item was never in Italy or the US. It's been in China the entire time. When I tried going to their website today, www.willowtrain.com, I received noticed that the website was not secure.
