He was here to repair a roof leak about 6 weeks ago and did the repair. He said if you have a problem later, call me and I will come to fix it. That was his guarantee. Well, it started to leak again in the very same area. I called him and left a message because I told him who I was. He never returned my call. I used my wife's phone, which he didn't know the number, and he answered the call, only to say we are far, and he will let us know. That was almost three weeks ago and since I used both of our phones, he refuses to return our calls. We have a leaky roof, and he has neglected to back his guarantee
