My father's SubZero was not working properly so I asked him to call Wilshire refrigeration, https://wilshirerefrigeration.com/ but unfortunately my dad called https://www.wilshire-refrigeration.co/ who are scammers. The technician went to my fathers home on Friday 10/11/2024 and spent two hours and said he would be back on Monday and he would charge my father $1,300. My father was surprised at the high number specially because no parts were used. All products were disposed since the technician left the apartment and the refrigerator was not working anymore. That evening the smell of gas permeated my father's apartment to the point where he could not stay there! On Monday he called to tell them what had happened and they told him they would help him get someone else!!! At this time neither the refrigerator nor the freezer work and they told me on the phone they will not go back to repair his refrigerator!! This is the time when I noticed this is the incorrect business and when I called the correct company I found out they know another company is using their name and they are taking action. If you go on their website https://www.wilshire-refrigeration.co/ you will see you are not able to leave them a review. The phone numbers used to call me are all different number 310-741-5335, 323-749-9264, 323-207-0627, 714-587-2980 when their actual number is 877-619-6555. This is taking advantage of elder and that's why I think it's important to report this company.
