We got scammed too. Bought Lucy, same story, needed more money for insurance. told us we would get it back at delivery of dog. I called the police to report them. Police are very aware of this scam and working at finding these low lifes, very good chance that they arent even in this country but using local numbers. They seemed nice and very believable. When I realized it to be a scam, I tried to buy the same dog again to make sure it was a scam, and when they were going to sell me the dog I already bought, I was positive it was a scam and reported to my authorities and theirs. So sad.

This company stole all of my puppy's pictures and is claiming he is available to buy on their website. Looking at the website, all puppies claiming to be available are other puppies on Instagram. This is most definitely a scam and needs to be removed immediately. I don’t believe they have any real puppies and are likely trying to steal people’s money.

Wilson Havanese Puppies is a scam.

I asked for a video chat to see the puppy and I was sent a video only. Then we paid $700 through CASH APP (initially under Charles Lam, then Ronnie Wilson). Joseph Wilson said he will contact me for the flight information the following day.

Today, we received a tracking # then an email from a courier service Evergreen Pacific Courier stating they need $450 for pet insurance or the dog will not be delivered, and it is 100% refundable upon delivery. I called the courier and his name is Charles Lam who insisted I read the email.

When I contacted Joseph Wilson back, he claims no knowledge of the insurance need. Then, he called back that the authorities need to have insurance at the airport.

I told him that I am sensing this is a scam, to ship the puppy or refund me the money as its his responsibility to pay the insurance and get refunded once its delivered.

Wilson Havanese Puppies claims to be selling Havanese dogs. I sent $650 through CASH APP to transfer money. After money is transferred they then contact you for shipping insurance or the dog will not be delivered. When contacted by phone after they say they don't have the dog and it's at the airport and I must work with insurance company to have it delivered. I then used my other business phone to ask if they had the same dog available and was told yes. Sent me same picture and said the dog was at their house. Will not allow you to see the dog in person unless you pay a deposit up front. Won't provide address, but claim to live in Stevens Point, WI. Phone number 715-809-3074 works and emails to [email protected] are replied to as well.
