Wilson Havanese advertises that they have been selling puppies for adoption and they have over 20 years experience. They send photos of the puppy you are interested in. They first seemed to be very kind and friendly in the conversations. Then payment is a cash app or cash gift card. Once they get your payment though, you don't get the puppy! They send a phony tracking number from Evergreen Pacific Courier. Once the tracking number is given you receive an email saying there is a problem at the airport and need to buy insurance. They want $1000, which they say is refundable, to protect that your puppy arrives safe. The courier will give you your $1000 when the the puppy is delivered. When you tell them you are not paying $1000 they reduce the cost to 500. I refused to pay for this. I already paid them $650 and now I do not have my money and I do not have the puppy. There is no address on their website. They say they are in Illinois but the website says Wisconsin with a Wisconsin phone number (715 area code). The website looks unbelievable and has capital letters mixed with small letters. This is a scam.
