I was purchasing a puppy through messenger on Facebook from a breeder I thought was legitimate but when I saw the vet papers, they were very sketchy and I asked to stop the adoption and get my money back. I haven't received my money and it's been back-and-forth with messages to him for days. In the information he sent me he said that he would give money back up to the last minute. His son received the money from me because I could send it to him through Zelle. I can provide the son's name if necessary.
